You're right of course, but issues were meant to reflect problems with emulation require future fixes (no problem in this case). It's like setting clamping mode to none and then register a new (inevitable) issue with graphics, i.e. not right.
(I thought IssueLevel meant how badly the issue affects the game. That's how it's used in all other games I've seen. In this case, it has a major negative effect on the game unless you change the setting.) |
