Europe v01.70(27/02/2003), Game needs to be played in software mode as hardware mode has a static image over it (as above), but runs at full speed with 3 render threads. No longer hangs, played a few races to make sure., Shadows are a bit SPS-like, but it's not intrusive to the gameplay
