It seems important to use SuperVU(legacy) for both VU0 and VU1 instead of MicroVU. In hardware mode, set skipdraw to '3' to fix garbled graphics. DX11 Hardware mode runs well. The game seems to load fine and cars did not fall off stages and such. WildArmsoffset hack seems to clean up the text slightly. Some slight gfx glitches are observed. 3rd person view in 'time attack" seems buggy at times
