Using gsdx-opengl will break the order of the menus making the active menu under the older one, so just use direct x. The testing was done with the English patch applied. Turbo mode does not work properly with default settings since the frame drawn when turbo activated stays at the screen and does not refresh until turbo is turned off. To fix this, set (frames to skip) under (frame skipping) -from GS menu- to 4 instead of the default 2.
