Known Issues

Misaligned character outlines when upscaling

  • Status: Active
  • Type: Minor
  • Workaround: There's two ways to fix it in Hardware. One is to use the Half-Pixel Offset: Normal (Vertex) option -- it will correct other misaligned effects as well, though it will cause minor discolorations on the left edge and the outlines are still a little off. Alternatively, use Half-Pixel Offset: Special (Texture) along with Texture Offsets of 300/500 in the per-game settings. This will give you a much more accurate outline alignment.
  • If you include a Skipdraw value of 28,28 you will additionally be able to remove a single filter effect that causes ghosting near the middle portion of the screen for extra clarity.
