Comments: I'm sure lower specs can be used, please change them if you get full speed with speed hacks for this game and specs are lower

- EE CycleRate:(2) Moderate to good speed up, Setting to 3 causes echo in FMV's
- VU Cycle Stealing: Moderate speed up when set to 1 or 2, not fully tested
- INTC Sync Hack: Small speed up
- mVU Flag Hack Small speed up
- Idle Loop Fast Forward: Small speed up
- MTVU: Moderate speed up on tricore or higher
