BIOS: SCPH-70012, Go to your pcsx2 folder/inis/GSDX.ini and set NTSC frame rate to 30 and pal frame rate to 25,
In the emulation settings/GS Window check "Dynamically toogle Vsync depending on frame rate" (read tooltip!) Its works great. |
