|Comments=Europe v02.00(14/06/2004), INTC, Wait Loop Detection, microVU, MTVU and VU Cycle Stealing on 1, Many graphic not showing on HW mode and game acts weird, SW mode shows everything but a bit too overbright and without car's shadow. Ghost car starts before countdown. Co-driver can glitch out and loop random speech throughout the game. Ingame clock runs slower, making the game very easy, but see this as some kind of benefit for those who aren't good at rally games.

|Comments=Appears to work well regardless of speedhacks used, but the game is still plagued by lots of issues. Software mode is the only way to get accurate visuals. Hardware mode suffers from broken shadows, filter junk on-screen and color filters that appear related to said shadows and the skybox. Requires 'Autoflush' hack to get accurate shadows, but colors remain broken down in green/red. Baked shadows from forested areas and such instead appear to deduct color information and cast blackness on the ground. Vertical lines present if upscaling, requires 'Half-Pixel Offset: Vertex' to fix. Using 'Skipdraw: 1,1" can help clean up the image a bit more. The game still suffers from timing issues and different cameras produce different driving experiences no matter what. The game seems to play "fine" otherwise, but controls are flighty as heck.

|Description=The game's internal timing is way off. This causes events to desync such as the ghost car that will either go much faster/slower than the time you set (if you import a save game with ghost times). Playing with internal cameras such as bumper view, hood view or cockpit will increase the gameplay speed in such a way that the car is too fast and uncontrollable. The internal timing is sensible to the emulation speed, speedhacks, renderer and even tracks/cars used.

|Workaround=This is not a foolproof solution, but going to Config>Emulation Settings>Speedhacks, tick "Enable speedhacks" and setting "EE Cyclerate" to -3 makes the game less faster, but still not quite how is supposed to run. Enabling Software Mode will also make the game slower (if you can substain a decent amount of fps).
|Workaround=If you have a very powerful CPU, you can still get a "playable" experience by manually setting the "Game Properties" as following: '''Graphics:''' Software mode (the game is still buggy with Hardware rendering), 6 threads (more will not give any advantage); '''Emulation:''' EE Cycle Rate to 50% (Underclock) (this will avoid sudden speeds up when using internal views or random skips from the clock), if needed EE Cycle Skipping to Mild Underclock (massive speed boost). These settings will cause menus/car selection preview models to go slower (with EE Cycle Skipping) and FMVs to play slower. Your mileage may vary depending on your CPU.}}

|Description=In Software Mode, during races, the game looks too bright.
|Workaround=Enable Auto Flush in the Software Mode settings. Expect a performance hit with the option enabled.
