Texture filtering causes some bugs

- Description: Line Around text Use Align Sprite=Full/Half ( will cause text to look blurry) or better option use TC offset hack (0500-0500). Portrait and a lotof text is unreadable unless you set Texture Filtering to Nearest or Bilinear (ps2) (note wild arms offset no longer works in newer builds ( either cause GUI dont support the 2 (full/half) states it use to have or the 2 states were removed)
