Messing with the settings here might produce better results. You can adjust the offset of the textures to remove any HUD artifacts (x400y0 is a good starting point -- a comparison gallery of various values is [https://imgur.com/a/PwzqnnH here]), but be warned that as of 1.7.5553 it'll still produce misalignment artifacts elsewhere.
