Comments: At roughly 30~45 fps can be achieved throughout with hacks, EE Cyclerate set to 1, VU Stealing set to 2, and skip a frame for every 2 frames drawn. Full 60 is achieved only when loading into different areas. Only played up to second level, but seems to run perfectly fine, aside from the frame rate issues. Would be nice if someone could play the game through and see if the minigames work as well.
