Comments:
[PAL]
Runs pretty decently, only slowdowns in some screens with high scaling or with many mechs in picture. DX9 has minor transparency glitches. DX10 has a consistent shadow glitch on the ground. Allowing 8-Bit textures increases FPS and makes the game run smoother.
All recommended Speed Hacks work safely.
Shadow glitch can be fixed by increasing the resolution to your monitor's native resolution and then increasing the x res by 1. So say I have 1680x1050 native resolution; I fix the glitch by increasing to 1681x1050 in GSDX using custom resolution. Recommend no AA as it seems to severely slow the game down and also breaks the shadow fix.
Also enable fast CDVD access under speedhacks to fix some of Jrs. missing attack sounds.

Comments:
The EE and GS% are always pretty low, so I assume this game works also on slower machines. However I would not recommend to increase the internal resolution too much, if your GPU is weak.
