Game description: The Digimon are ready to embark on a new adventure filled with intense battles. In Digimon World 4, all access to the real world has been terminated, security has been breached, and a new mysterious world has been discovered. Now it's up to you, the Digital Security Guard, to investigate and bring peace back to the Digital World. You can play as your favorite Digimon from the TV series and unlock special Digivolved Digimon by mastering skills and techniques. With the PlayStation 2 multitap, you can play with up to three of your friends in multiplayer mode.
Digimon World 4 has hack and slash gameplay and supports up to four players. The game is loosely based on the Digital Monster X-Evolution film (in fact, the game's opening uses footage from the film itself).

Playing on a Low end notebook this Test configuration is for performance over graphical quality. Menus, Cut-Scenes and Gameplay in gerenal are capped at 60 FPs. NO glitches found.
Shadows might be blocky and lines are pixelated. But most of the time this is not noticeable and the graphics are just like the same if you were playing from a original PS2 console. •NOTE• Playing with 2 players doesn't impact in the performance at all. •V1.5 2174• You might suffer from a sightly frame rate drops when too many NPCs are gathered in the screen/around. Most of time Unnoticeable. •V1.7 138• It's a better version which gives more options to screen off heavy loads. No FPS drops at ALL even if you are surrounded by NPCs. |

Played only single player mode up up Fortress in the first world. Set IOP to Interpreter mode and EE to 130% Overclock to get rid of stuttering. All Speedhacks, besides MTVU and EE Cycle Skipping are enabled. With fast CDVD enabled, game will load slightly faster. But when disabling framerate or enabling TURBO, load times are nearly instantaneous. GS resolution set at 3X Native and dithering turned off. | Sensu |
