Colour distortions with trees as well as occassional fog, colours of cars can sometimes be washed out. Lighting glitches (very minor) tends to occurr with the headlights of oncoming traffic, the headlights will sometimes shine through the road if over hill or sometimes through walls. Occassional graphical glitches in roads but very infequent and minor usually to do with skid marks that are part of the road, not the ones that players or AI produces.

Very CPU intensive game. EE/VU settings are default, Hardware mode runs very well and able to run full 59.94 FPS on DirectX 11 Hardware mode (Using OpenGL mode only get 80% of FPS), expect some hiccups especially during pursuit session when police cars are swarming by. FPS dips also happens when choosing or driving a car with vinyl wrap in career mode, while FPS maintains full speed when driving a car with vinyl wrap in challenge mode. Software mode are untested yet. MTVU hack settings must be turned on, no need to adjust EE Cycle Rate & EE Cycle skipping.   • Description: After the opening cutscenes, game hangs and appears to lock up.
  • Workaround: Go to Config > Emulation Settings > EE/IOP tab, and set Clamping Mode to "Full".
