|Comments=Try to avoid any combination of '''EE Cyclerate''' and '''VU Cycle Stealing'''.
Most of the time this will lead to false FPS readings and slowdowns instead of more speed.
Running the game as an ISO image directly from your hard drive is also a good idea. If you have Windows Vista or later use the "DirectX10/11 (Hardware)" renderer option in GSdx,
it's usually faster and more compatible than the DirectX9 one. The '''VSync''' option in the settings of "GS Window" settings should be deactivated,
use PCSX2's '''Frame Limiter''' to keep your game from running too fast. Many reaction-based minigames are easier if you use the '''Slow Motion Adjust''' toggle (Shift+Tab),
as the speed of the gameplay will be slowed down by half (or what you have set in the GS tab for the toggle). On the other hand, if your computer is able to run this game at considerably more than 60 FPS, you can fast forward long conversations or your level grinding with either the '''Turbo Adjust''' toggle (Tab) or by disabling the '''Frame Limiter''' completely (F4).
Recommended to disable '''Allow 8-bit textures''' in GSdx.
Speedhacks/Settings: '''EE Cyclerate (2):''' Noticeable speedup, setting it to 3 causes problems in FMVs. '''INTC Sync Hack:''' Small if any speedup, no issues. '''Idle Loop Fast Forward:''' Noticeable speedup, no issues. '''VU Cycle Stealing:''' Noticeable speedup, but have issues if set higher than 1 (slight). '''MTVU:''' Noticeable speedup in quad(4)core CPUs.
There is a glitch in a variety of FMVs, fix it by pressing F9 to toggle to software mode, but feel free to toggle back to hardware mode immediately. To prevent FMV glitches at the first place, either turn off all speedhacks or using native resolution.
|gameinfo = ''Final Fantasy X-2'' is the first direct sequel of [[Final Fantasy X]]. X-2 highlights a cast of returning characters and features mission-based gameplay, an all-female lead cast, unique job classes and a dynamic battle system. The story takes place two years after Yuna defeated Sin in ''Final Fantasy X'', and follows Yuna's journey to find her lost love. Scattered all across the dangerous lands are spheres which show visual recordings of historical events or open up different types of job classes to use in battle.

The game's story follows the character Yuna from ''Final Fantasy X'' as she seeks to resolve political conflicts in the fictional world of Spira before it leads to war.
|Comments=With official GSDx plugin, the game is playable on Software-rendering mode. It is usually about 10–20 FPS slower than hardware-rendering (with 4 threads). With custom plugin, the game is playable on Hardware-rendering mode without bad graphical glitches, and yes, the custom plugin works on newer PCSX2-builds after putting SDL.dll to the emulator's root directory. Although the game is not graphically intensive, it is still much slower than other games with similar graphics quality, but runs at playable speeds. Some slowdowns can be expected.
|Comments=Game has serious performance issues. Software mode runs at ~30% speed even with 16 threads. Hardware mode cannot hold full speed; while sections do run at full speed, combat sees drops as low as 60-70% speed, even at native resolution. It appears to be a CPU bottleneck causing these issues. These issues occur with both the normal pcsx2.exe or the pcsx2-avx2 build. Performance is identical to 1.6.0. Playable, but slow.
