Game description: SNK/Playmore delivers a one-two punch by releasing The King of Fighters 2000/2001 two-disc compilation. Two installments of the 2D fighting series are faithfully reproduced with all your favorite characters, each with their own attacks, combos, and special moves. In each game, you create your own team of martial artists and fight in three-on-three matches against the AI or a friend. With The King of Fighters 2000/2001, you get a variety of modes, unlockable character introductions, and brand-new backgrounds.

Both games run perfectly fine, with no slowdowns at all. 2000 has a black bar at the bottom of the screen, which could be fixed with an old custom plugin, but that isn't an option now. 2001 only has a few graphical glitches in some menus and around the character portraits in battle. Graphical glitches are also present in stages, but those are fixed by setting Round Sprite to Full. | Maxdlpee |
