Minimum CPU requirement for proper(fullspeed) gameplay in 1.21 stable:
Triple core Phenom II @ ~3.6/Core 2 Quad Q9xxx at 3.5ghz or more
Minor framerate drops to 58fps with these setups on some stages, MTVU1 is a must, with everything else at default. Use D3DOverrider triple buffering to avoid slowdowns due to vsync.
