|comment          = Go to your pcsx2 folder or in documents in pcsx2 folder/inis/GSDX.ini and set NTSC frame rate to 30 and pal frame rate to 25 (for this game and Grand Theft Auto VCS and LCS) In the emulation settings/GS Window check Dynamically toogle Vsync depending on frame rate (read tooltip!)
