(Created page with "==Hang in 0.9.7 (build r3878)== I first played the game on 0.9.4 using a core2duo laptop - was slow and steady, managed to complete the game. Now I'm playing using 0.9.7 (r3878) ...")

Pretty sure it's not the ISO image, as I used literally the same one I created from my PS2 disc when I played back in '2008, all the way from start to finish and New Game+, so I know it's not a bad image. Only difference is that at that time I was using PCSX2 0.9.4. For now I'll save the game to memcard, then when I get around to upgrading to the latest official build, I'll test this scene again. - [[User:Spinfx|Spinfx]] 04:54, 9 October 2011 (BST)

:UPDATE: Confirmed that the scene has no problems in r4600. I also noticed that the party should've been visible in the background, strangely they weren't in r3878. You know, it strikes me as odd that nobody noticed this bug, since r3878 was around for quite some time. Definitely at least a couple of months. I know Disgaea's an old game, but there are plenty of people with underpowered rigs who should have been playing it since it's pretty much THE game to play if your pc can barely handle the emu (there are probably other 2D sprite turn-based games out there for the PS2 but I doubt they're as well known as this game is). I'm gonna add this to the known issues list (since there's a solution). - [[User:Spinfx|Spinfx]] 06:10, 9 October 2011 (BST)
