|Workaround=in older versions of PCSX2 (before 1.7.0) go to Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings, set internal resolution to native. In newer versions (1.7.0 and after) this issue has been fixed. (Note: the HW hack disable safe features uses the upscaling from older versions making the issue appear again)
