Game description: Winning Eleven 6 International finally makes its way to the United States. Simple controls allow you to perform straightforward passes, through balls, long balls, early crosses, and shots with ease. BIOS: USA 2.20, Works at full speed and with good scaling, but it has a issue with FMV videos, there is two ways to fix this, first, use native resolution, second, if you want to use scaling, when the FMVs starts change to software mode (press F9), also has a problem with shadows when playing in Sunny/Day, use native resolution to view shadows properly, sound lags a bit when scoring a goal (in the transition to goal music) very minor though and sometimes not noticeable.
