Test configurations on Windows:

Environment Configurations Comments Tester
Region OS CPU/GPU Revision Graphics Sound/Pad
NTSC-U Windows 7 SP1
  • Intel Core i3-6100
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
1.4.0 GSdx (2016-Jan-05) SPU2-X (2015-Dec-31) Game runs great, but you absolutely cannot drive. See this video for what it looks like. I've also tried the game with EE Timing Hack enabled, as well as with different ranges on the EE Cyclerate slider. It seems to perform better with that set to one, but its still unplayable. NTSC-U Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
  • Intel i7-6700K @ 4.00GHz
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
1.7.2184 OpenGL built-in BIOS: USA v02.30, Preset: 3 (Balanced). Goes ingame and runs stable at full speed. I played a couple of races and didn't run into any issues. TomBoss
