build-in Europe v02.00(14/06/2004), Playable, The game runs at 1080p and 1440p (2K) 50-60 FPS, without freezes and bugs. For many years, this game had big texture problems, and now this game has been fixed in Automatic fixes.

Works pretty well! Did notice a hard lock once when loading Prologue mission, fixed by restarting emulator.

Known Issues

pscx2 microVU1: Program cache limit reached (in FMV)

  • Status: Active
  • Type: Serious
  • Description: Depending on the player's emulation settings, players may experience slight split second pauses within gameplay. This may occur multiple times throughout the playthrough. An error code within the pcsx2 console is usually presented: pscx2 microVU1: Program cache limit reached. Crashes may be accompanied with these errors/freezes. The same problem in Killzone.
  • Workaround: No known workaround.

Fixed Issues

Shimmering textures in the sky and crosshair

  • Status: Fixed
  • Type: Serious
  • Description: In Hardware mode and in Software (most likely), flickering textures appear in the sky and the sight also flickers
  • Workaround: Fixed in emulator version 1.7.0 in Automatic fixes. For older versions: Try restarting the emulator.
